Q:  Who do I contact if my unit needs service?
A:  Call or e-mail us here at All About Fitness. You may click here to access our online service request form. From there, our local service provider - a 17 year partner with our company, will respond quickly and efficiently to your request.

Q:  What happens if I have a broken machine that I did not purchase from All About Fitness?
A:  No problem, we will do our best to accommodate each and every customer, however, there may be limitations. Contact us for more information.

Q:  Do you sell extended warranty plans?
A:  Because we carry top of the line equipment, we see no reason to offer extended plans. Our manufacturers offer excellent warranties on their units, and with regular maintenance, the need for service is often minimal.

Q: What constitutes regular maintenance for my machine?
A: Just like servicing an automobile, a piece of exercise equipment needs regular checkups, too. We recommend an annual tune up to keep your fitness schedule uninterrupted.

Q:  Do I have to haul my equipment in to have it repaired?
A:  Absolutely not! Our service technician will come to your home at a predetermined time. It may sometimes be necessary to order parts after an initial diagnosis, but we will only charge one trip fee upon completion of the repair.
